1. Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of RÉSOLVA AI, a Canadian social support platform. By using the application, you accept these terms.
2. Nature of the service
RÉSOLVA AI is an orientation and support tool. It does not replace a healthcare professional, social worker, legal advisor, or emergency service. The AI suggests options and resources but never makes decisions for you.
3. Free access
Access to essential resources, local search, emergency information, and basic AI support is free. No vital information is reserved for Premium subscribers.
4. Premium subscription
Premium plans (Solidaire at $4.99/month or $59.88/year; Standard at $9.99/month or $119.88/year) offer additional optional features. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Annual rates correspond to 12 monthly payments with no additional discount.
5. AI limitations
RÉSOLVA AI does not guarantee eligibility for assistance, does not make medical diagnoses, does not invent organizations, and does not claim that human intervention is underway. The resources presented come from public sources and may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify information with the relevant organization.
6. Emergencies
In case of immediate danger, call 911. For mental health or crisis support, call 988 (suicide prevention) or 811 (Info-Santé). RÉSOLVA AI is not a permanent monitoring service and does not replace emergency services.
7. User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you share. You must not use the application for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. You consent to the processing of your data according to our privacy policy.
8. Intellectual property
RÉSOLVA AI content (texts, design, AI agents) is protected. External resources belong to their respective organizations and are cited with their sources.
9. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via the application.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada and, where applicable, the relevant provinces.
